Weaponized Incompetence

The concept of weaponized incompetence being used in the work place is not surprising, but obscenely annoying.

The way how those who act like they can not do something skid by when it comes to their performance, but if you are someone who does their work diligently, all of a sudden they want you to bend over backwards and do everything like its military style.

Like my current job is making my ass itch, seriously.

I would say that I do my work pretty well, which is a curse since I am always getting peoples tasks, ands when I get my hands on it, the first thing I say is, “All they have to do is communicate with the appropriate parties”. Which is ironic for me since I am not the most talk able person, but for work you have to make some sacrafices.

It truly pisses me off, because now I am getting double workload while others are literally doing less than what they were hired for.
